Who can attend?

Anyone over the age of 14. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. 

Can I bring my baby with me?

We are unable to provide childcare for this event so please make arrangements for your little ones. The Mother’s room will be available for moms with infants.

What's my ticket into the conference? 

You will receive an email that will include a barcode. 

What’s included in the registration cost?

Your ticket covers access to everything on the schedule, all conference materials, breakfast, lunch & dinner, coffee and snacks. 

Are group rates available? 

No

Can tickets be refunded or transferred?

All registrations are transferable but non-refundable. Tickets may be moved from in person to an online only experience but will not be eligible for refunds of any price difference. Please contact beautifulconference@gfcflorida.com to reassign your ticket.

Is seating assigned?

Open seating throughout the conference.

Where can I park?

Parking is extremely limited. Carpooling is imperative! Ride sharing is encouraged. 

What if I come alone?

We can’t wait to meet you, we have section leaders that are going to welcome you and help you have a great experience. 

What's the food situation?

Meals: Friday Lunch and Dinner provided, coffee, water, snacks (While we consider general dietary restrictions in our menu planning are unable to meet specific requests beyond the menu.) Menu will be posted closer to the event date.

• Grace Family Church Café will be open between sessions.

Will the store be open?

The Beautiful Conference Store will be open throughout the conference with speaker resources, conference shirts and merchandise. The store will close during general sessions.
