Join Lisa Tobias, a certified Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience, as she helps women develop a discipline of movement/exercise. Lisa teaches a low-impact pilates mat class with a focus on mobility, core strength, and proper alignment that will ease those aches & pains, help you develop more body awareness, and find & engage muscles you never knew existed. A 45-60 min pilates class will be followed by devotional/fellowship time and prayer. This class is more suitable for women in their 40’s and up. Women will need to bring their own yoga/exercise mat. We begin August 29 at 9 AM in Room 6.
