What is Next Level Leadership?


Next Level Leadership is a 12-week program for individuals who want to move from serving to leading in their area of ministry at Grace Family Church. It is a hands-on training program designed to equip you to lead in your ministry, and help clarify your purpose or calling.

Successful completion of this program will equip you in the following areas:

  • Servant Leadership
  • Leading yourself well
  • Leading others effectively
  • Leading at the next level

About The Program

  • The cost for the program is $75. The price includes all materials needed for the course.
  • Payment plans are available upon request.
  • Open to attendees from all locations.

Class is limited to 20 people so apply now.

  • Be a Christ follower
  • Agreeing fully to GFC’s statement of beliefs, mission, strategy, and values
  • Fully support GFC with your time, talents, and treasures
  • Attend a weekend service weekly
  • Completed Background Check
  • Lead, serve or volunteer in a ministry area for at least 3 months
  • Be willing to commit 6-8 hours a week to the program which include serving in ministry as well as attending and preparing for class.
  • Continue leading or serving in a Grace Family Church ministry.
  • Attend classes and complete assignments as instructed.
