Find Your Place at Beautiful

How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings the good news, the good news of peace and salvation, the news that the God of Israel reigns!

Isaiah 52:7

Hello, Beautiful ladies! My name is Rori Braum and I am the Central Beautiful Women’s Ministry Coordinator. My role is to work closely with the Beautiful Women’s Ministry Director (Jenn Miller), Groups Pastor (Amy Hafner) and the event team to implement, execute and coordinate the vision of women’s ministry within Grace Family Church. As Central staff, I help disseminate content to all the locations and help each location’s Women’s Ministry Coordinator by providing all the resources needed for their large group environments and neighborhood groups.

I have been attending Grace Family Church since 2005 with my husband Scott of 27 years and our children, Hunter (25), Spencer (23), Aubrey (20) and Ryder (17). We have been in groups and volunteered in many areas of the church, and now serve in the Special Needs Ministry at the Lutz location. I have been serving as the Beautiful Women’s Ministry Coordinator since August 2024, and since stepping into this role, I have grown to love Grace Family Church even more.

My heart is to serve and empower women to walk in the calling God has for their lives. I have been part of the leadership team of IAmFreedomGirl Ministry since its inception in August 2012 as Outreach Coordinator. We minister to women in Tampa Bay working in the adult entertainment industry. Through IAmFreedomGirl, God changed me. He has softened my heart to see women who, for whatever reason, have been overlooked and devalued, feeling completely unworthy and believing the lies put upon them for so long. He has commissioned our team to go into some of the darkest places in our city and preach the Good News to the women we encounter.

God wants them to know:

He loves them.

He sees them.

He values them.

Their worth doesn’t come from what they do or from man, but simply because they are a child of God. The same goes for you and me: We are all worthy of the grace, forgiveness and mercy of God. It isn’t based on anything we do or could earn; it is simply because He gives without expecting anything in return when we become His children.

IAmFreedomGirl has given me the experience, compassion and vision needed to take on the Women’s Ministry Coordinator role for Beautiful. The years I have spent in the most unlikely mission field have taught me that everyone has a story. One day we wake up in the bottom of a pit, facedown, not quite remembering how we got there and feeling so unworthy that we can’t lift our head or eyes to see the light. No matter how hopeless it all seems, it all can be redeemed by the blood of Jesus. If you can relate to what I am saying here, we have a place at the table for you; and even if you don’t, we have a spot for you, too.

I love helping women find their freedom in Christ, discovering God has so much more for their lives. We do this at Grace Family Church through our Beautiful groups and neighborhood environments. We have many areas for women to get involved within Beautiful to “find their people, grow their faith and make a difference.” We want you to walk in freedom and do real, authentic life with other women.
