The Heart of Connection: South Tampa

A Culture + Training Workshop

Saturday, October 24

9:00-11:00 AM

Breakfast opens at 9:00 AM
Training begins promptly at 9:30 AM

Every weekend, people walk into our church carrying stories, questions, and hope. The Connection Team helps set the tone for what they experience next.

Together, we’ll align around the why behind Connection, strengthen the culture we want every guest to experience, and get practical about how we live out our Connection Team values.

You’ll walk away with:

Greater clarity around our Connection Team culture and value
Practical tools you can use every weekend
Shared expectations and language for how we serve together
Stronger connection with the people you serve alongside

No matter where you serve on the Connection Team, you have a part to play in helping people feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. We can’t wait to have you there!

For all Connection Team Coaches, Leaders, Lobby Connectors, and Sanctuary Connectors.
